Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Known as the great commission Jesus tells His disciples to go. The heart of CCDV is to reach out to those across the street, then to reach down the road into the next town, state and country sharing the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ.

Each of us are blessed with a personal mission field. It might be as close as the next room in our own home. Or it might be that the Lord is calling to go to some country or place we haven’t even heard of. Whatever it may be it all starts with a heart yielded to Jesus and a desire to have others come to know Him.

If you have a heart for outreach and missions please let the Pastor or church leadership know so that we can bring together like minded members in the body to form and strengthen the missions program here at CCDV.

As a new fellowship we are encouraging those who feel called to help in the development of a strong missions ministry to pray about what the Lord would have them do. Then print and fill out the CCDV Ministry Team Questionnaire and turn it in to one of the leadership.
